Please Note: For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the floral arrangement will be left at the front door. 1-2 hours outside the house may have an adverse effect on the freshness and condition of the flowers. Same-day delivery orders will arrive between 1 PM to 7 PM, as long as the order is placed by 12PM that day.

I definitely wanted local service and had used Kelly&Co before. This was my anniversary gift of a dozen roses for my wife and I ordered it the week before. I received an email the morning of saying the floral arrangement would be changed for some reason but would be delivered by 2:00pm. Roses are roses and I didn't want that changed since I paid for that specifically. The email said to call or email so I tried to call three times and then emailed saying better to cancel it if it can't be what I ordered. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Then my wife called at 2 to say she was so happy about the gift of Roses. I asked was anything missing. She said, no. So, I can only assume the absence of baby's breath was the item omitted. Glad she was pleased, but the level of communication was ZERO and a lot of anxiety when it could have been avoided. $100 (75$ plus tax, delivery and a tip) deserved some kind of response. So other than an email signaling a problem and the omission of SOMETHING, and no response, Everything went as it should. I'll have to think about this next time
