Please Note: For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the floral arrangement will be left at the front door. 1-2 hours outside the house may have an adverse effect on the freshness and condition of the flowers. Same-day delivery orders will arrive between 1 PM to 7 PM, as long as the order is placed by 12PM that day.

Lovely to deal with and conscientious of the order. I was phoned about a substitute flower which was no big deal but they went out of their way to make sure it was okay.
