Please Note: For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the floral arrangement will be left at the front door. 1-2 hours outside the house may have an adverse effect on the freshness and condition of the flowers. Same-day delivery orders will arrive between 1 PM to 7 PM, as long as the order is placed by 12PM that day.

Please note that the color of the roses and lilies will vary based on sentiment and seasonal availability. We will do our best to select tones that match the sender's sentiment (for example, light pink roses and white lilies for sympathy, red roses and pink lilies for romance). That said, please give us a call or let us know if there is a specific shade you'd like for us to use, and we will do our very best to accommodate your request!

What a great Local florist!! The only thing better than their flowers is their customer service. Full disclosure….a couple roses in our recent order wilted a little bit sooner than they should have (still a beautiful arrangement), but I thought I’d let them know. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
